Four contestants are connected by two bungee cords and compete back to back.
In the football version, the object is to score as many touchdowns as possible.
In the basketball version, the object is to score as many baskets as possible.
The catch to each one of these is that your opponent is on the other end of the bungee cord also trying to score. The unpredictable tugging between the players creates a hilarious sight!
